Learning is a grind.
Learning is something that must be treated as a process rather than an event. We all like graduations but those events are somewhat misleading because learning should never end at a graduation. Learning requires a humble diligence that doesn’t mind the constant falling down required if it means gaining the “get back up” that comes with it. Expecting to refine skills or gain intimate knowledge quickly discounts the learning process and shows an impatience that will never really benefit the team. Learning is a grind and great teammates not only accept that, they learn to enjoy it.
