Loyalty and Honor

Loyalty is something that is hard to define. We know it when we see and we feel it when it’s missing. Loyalty carries a sense of honor with it. True loyalty isn’t a blind devotion but rather a bond that is built on mutual trust and honor. Loyalty doesn’t require agreement but is truly tested in the midst of tense disagreement. Loyalty is at its truest form when it’s understood without being spoken of. Loyalty is best when we are not entitled to it. There isn’t a much better feeling than to realize the moment when someone had your back. That’s how the team experience should feel.
