Emotionally Secure Leadership
Insecure leaders cannot empower others. It’s impossible. If I lead from insecurity, I am not empowering my team no matter how often I say the word. I can’t empower someone when my own emotions inhibit my ability to trust other people. Too often insecure people blame others for not being trustworthy but when that list constantly lengthens, there is a common denominator that they are often too insecure to notice.
