Drawing Circles

How do our circles of influence form? It has always been the same since we were born. Our first circle of influence was the family we were born into. The next circle was the clique that we identified with through our school age years. Why were they our friends? It’s because the state mandated that we gathered together for 6 hours, 5 days a week. The next circle is likely the team we chose to belong to. This can include sports teams or teams that form at our places of work. The point is that our teams are the people we spend the most time with. They will likely be at least casual friends. There is something about seeing someone face to face that builds the connections we need to be human. A great teammate is a friend. Being a friend and appreciating the friends we have is part of being on a team.
